PREMIUM HOJIBLANCO

We are facing a complex Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), with personality, ideal for palates seeking a burst of flavors. Highly recommended to be enjoyed raw, both in salads and as a dressing for meats and fish. Perfect to accompany a good toast with holm oak honey, as the spiciness and intensity of our EVOO blend perfectly with the sweetness of the honey, enhancing the different aromas and flavors.
For the production of our Hojiblanco EVOO, an early harvest has been carried out. Specifically, our partners harvested their olives in the last week of October, after careful monitoring of their optimal ripening state.
