RECEIPT OF XPANDE DIGIT@L 2023 AID
The Olive Cooperative "Virgen de la Sierra de Cabra S. Coop. And." has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund, whose objective is to improve the competitiveness of SMEs. Thanks to this, it has implemented an International Digital Marketing Plan with the aim of enhancing its online positioning in foreign markets during the year 2023. For this purpose, it has received support from the XPANDE DIGITAL Program of the Chamber of Commerce of Córdoba.
OPERATION
Personalized advice is provided to SMEs in the field of International Digital Marketing, focused on a product/service and country previously selected by the SME.
The program is divided into the following phases:
PHASE I - Advice: Detailed analysis of the company in order to develop a report of recommendations and an action plan in international digital marketing. This is achieved through our own methodology to introduce the company to international digital marketing, providing strategic guidance based on the target market and the product/service offered. Additionally, the necessary tools are provided to strengthen the company's presence in the target market, helping to select the most suitable digital marketing actions based on the customer, product, service, and country.
PHASE II - Implementation: Assistance to implement the actions from the Action Plan in International Digital Marketing obtained in Phase I in the target market. The program has a maximum duration of 9 months (5 months in 2023), from the signing of the participation agreement between the Chamber and the company. Specifically, the maximum duration of the Advice Phase is 3 months, and the maximum duration of the Assistance Phase is 6 months (2 months in 2023).
Xpande Digital is a program co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) within the 2014-2020 operational period, with the following costs/assistance for the company:
PHASE I - Advice: No cost to the company PHASE II - Implementation: We subsidize 80% (2022, 70% for previous years) of investments up to a maximum of €4,000.
