RECEPTION TO THE FOODEX JAPAN FAIR 2023
The Olive Cooperative "Virgen de la Sierra de Cabra S. Coop. And." has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund, whose objective is to achieve a more competitive business environment. Thanks to this, the cooperative has participated in the event "VISIT TO FOODEX JAPAN FAIR 2023" to promote its internationalization. This action took place from March 3rd to March 14th, 2023. FOODEX JAPAN has established itself over the years as the largest agri-food fair in the Asia-Pacific region. This fair is exclusively targeted at a professional audience and brings together a large number of leading buyers from the food and beverage sectors, including wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, caterers, beverage importers, and professionals in the restaurant industry. The fair represents a significant opportunity to learn about the main trends and characteristics of the Asian market, as well as to take advantage of potential business relationships and solutions offered by the exhibitors at the event.

In this action, the expenses detailed in the call for proposals will be eligible for assistance, with the maximum total grant amount per beneficiary company being €2,000.00 for admitted companies. These amounts will be co-financed at 80% by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) and the remaining 20% by the beneficiary company itself. The beneficiary company will advance the total participation expenses for this action, and later submit the expense justification file. After the relevant program audits are completed, the company may receive up to a maximum of €1,600.00.
